Spring metamorphosis can concern not only wardrobe, figure or hairstyle, but also a car. Thorough cleaning, paint waxing, and maybe also the purchase of new accessories and devices are activities that will help refresh your car in the spring. What should be done to feel this variety particularly clearly?

Spring cleaning should concern not only houses, flats and gardens, but also cars. A conscientiously vacuumed car, with the filters replaced and cleaned air conditioning, you ride much more pleasant, and even possible seasonal allergies are less burdensome when the interior of the car is not filled with dust, pollen and crumbs. It's worth cleaning your car regularly, but it's well known that in everyday life it can vary and sometimes you don't have time to vacuum your car for many days or even weeks. These are the things to start with:

• Take your car to a good car wash - it can be an automatic or manual car wash (both have their advantages). The washing of the vehicle and its interior can be done automatically, independently or commissioned by a car cleaning company. If this is the first serious car bath this season, don't save on extra foam, wax and gloss varnish. It is worth at least once in a while to thoroughly wash and take care of the car.
• Replace air filters and air conditioning - although it is theoretically recommended to replace them every few months, in practice this can be done more often, especially if you live in a big city with a high level of air pollution and you have an allergy to pollen. Replacing the filters will literally give you a breather of relief while driving.
• Have the air conditioning service - although it's not so hot yet that it has to work at full power, don't you want to wait until the heat and sign up for the appointment many days in advance? Now there will not be so many queues to service air conditioning, and when it starts to get hot, you will immediately be able to enjoy the cool air in your car.
• Consider making up for cavities in the lacquer - in spring all defects seem to be even more visible. Rust, scratches and cracks hit the eyes and ask for repair. Depending on which car we drive and whether we want to invest in it, it is worth considering filling in the defects, or maybe even a thicker cosmetic varnish, because it is much easier and cheaper to remove imperfections, which are small than corroded elements that have been neglected for a long time.
• Maybe it's time to exchange this and that? Driving with a cracked bumper has not struck us in the last few months like a cracked or scratched headlamp. If various small parts in a car could be replaced or repaired, this is the right time to think about it. A car will gain a lot in appearance and elegance if it is fully functional and neat.

Cleaning in the car and washing the car from the outside is extremely important to keep the car in good shape and appearance. Do not forget to clean car mats and wheels. A pressure washer, which is also useful for cleaning the house, will be helpful in this task.

A breath of particularly strong freshness will provide not only a new scented Christmas tree, but also new accessories, devices and car gadgets. You don't have to mention everything you can, but maybe it's time and a good opportunity to change:

• Seat covers and headrests - nothing changes a car as much as changing the seat cover. The use of covers is a good solution as they can be taken off and washed at any time, and durable upholstery does not damage or wipe at such a rate. Spring is a great opportunity to refresh the interior of the vehicle and buy new covers. You can reach for adjustable universal models, but a variant that is worth considering is the purchase of covers dedicated to a specific car. They will be perfectly matched to the seats and headrests and their appearance will be the most aesthetic.
• Phone holder - if the used item is constantly playing tricks, peeling off the glass or our phone does not fit it at all, this is an ideal opportunity to change the state of things. Car phone holders are not expensive, but they definitely improve the functionality of the vehicle, as well as the phone itself, which can be used as a navigation system.
• Car radio - this may not be the cheapest thing to list in a car, but a faulty radio will cause frustration and annoyance, and these are not the feelings that should accompany us on the road. Car radios make the journey more enjoyable, allowing you to listen to your favourite programmes and music. It is worth considering replacing the old model with a new one, especially if it is the equipment that caused us problems.

Regular care for the car keeps it in good condition and makes it take less time to clean up, replace different parts and cosmetics. However, if we have neglected these issues in the winter, spring is the best time to catch up.
