What should be on the shelf with car cosmetics?
Drivers usually admit that they like to take care of their cars. Nor do they hide the fact that they do not consider the time spent on car care to be lost. But do we really know how to take care of our car? For many people, it is already a surprise to know that only those on the shelf on which car cosmetics are placed should be able to be found on which we use them systematically.
Is it worth considering buying ready-made sets of cosmetics? Each driver has to answer this question on his or her own, the key to such an answer seems to be, first of all, to realize which cosmetics we use most often.
Bodywork washing
Washing the body seems to be a rather complicated task, so it shouldn't surprise us that a large group of customers visit car washes for this purpose. Car shampoos are still available for sale, but it cannot be denied that the interest in them is no longer too great, because we have to take into account the fact that there is a ban on washing cars on private property. Customers who use shampoos are mainly those who are not satisfied with the services offered by the car wash. Some drivers, however, are not limited to cleaning the body itself. They are not afraid of various types of protective coatings, which not only protect the paint against dirt, but also make it possible for water to run off faster.
Wheels, bumpers
A serious problem for many drivers is washing the air raid and the dirt that accumulates on the wheels. Very often, even dust from brake pads and its unattractive appearance accumulates on them. It is best to remove it by regularly washing the wheels, because if it has not accumulated too much, you can get rid of it relatively quickly. Rims cleaning agents are particularly useful, although some of them can be extremely aggressive.
Lightweight abrasive pastes
There is also no shortage of cosmetics designed to get rid of small scratches by oneself. Lightweight pastes are not only appreciated because they are not complicated to use. Drivers also appreciate the fact that the effects can be spectacular. In this way you can even deal with deep scratches, and if in our case there is no question of full success, we can be sure that the scratches will become much less visible.
Upholstery, plastics, glasses
Upholstery care is a particularly hot topic. It is difficult to find a driver who would not pay attention to it, but on the other hand, the vast majority of car owners limit themselves to vacuuming it, and this activity is not always carried out regularly. However, the easier it is to clean the upholstery, the more systematic it is, so if it is to bring satisfactory results, it should become a habit for us. The part of the interior that likes to get dirty is also plastic elements. This is where plastic care products come into their own.
When used in the car, they smell fresh and the plastic parts themselves are better protected against UV radiation. Glazed surfaces can be cleaned with a wide range of cosmetics. The least complicated are classic window cleaners, but there are also anti-fogging agents available. If our cosmetic shelf is to be complete, there should also be a special silicone designed for rubber gaskets. It is this that allows to solve the problem of cold doors, which many drivers experience in winter.
