Active foam

Not every washing of the body must mean using a sponge and rubbing off the dirt by hand. You can create your own non-contact home car wash. You will need components such as a pressure washer, foam dispenser and active foam. You will be able to buy your first devices as a set. The basic models of washing machines and foaming machines will be available for about 300 PLN. The set will be completed with active foam. After spraying on the surface of the paint will dissolve dirt, which can then be removed with water under pressure.

Tar & glue remover

Stubborn contaminants such as tar, asphalt, glue or resin can be difficult to remove. A sponge and shampoo are not enough, especially when unwanted substances have already dried on the surface of the paint. The worst choice is scrubbing, which leads to paint scratches. A good option is tar& glue remover, which can dissolve organic contamination and tar and glue residues. It is enough to spray the product on the surface of the paint and wait a few minutes, then rinse with water.

Clay

Sometimes it can happen that contaminants react with the paint and leave traces that are difficult to remove even with the use of special preparations. Fortunately, clay can also be used in such a situation. It is a plastic mass, which has gentle abrasive properties, which gently polishes the paint and removes stubborn dirt. To use the clay we must have a lubricant, and therefore a liquid, which will reduce friction between the cosmetic and the varnish. Shampoo water can be used. Claying requires hard work, but it can bring great results. The use of clay is a very good solution, thanks to which it will be possible to prepare the car for polishing and waxing.

Polishing paste

Properly cleaned body with active foam and other products is a great basis for correcting paint with polishing paste. It's best to use an electric polisher, which will make your work much faster. Polishing pastes also range from highly abrasive products for removing deep scratches to gentle products for refreshing the paintwork and extracting the depth of colour. Which product will be selected depends on the condition of the paint and the car and expectations. Aggressive products are usually a little more expensive.

Plastic dressing

If the body is beautifully coloured, it does not mean that we have finished working on car care. Do not forget about the interior, which can be easily refreshed using plastic dressing. This cosmetic is designed to clean synthetic elements of the cabin. They also form a protective barrier against UV radiation.
